Policy

At PureBeautyNP Aesthetics, we are committed to providing every client with dedicated, unhurried attention during their appointment. When appointments are cancelled without sufficient notice, that time cannot always be filled, which impacts both our team and other clients on our waitlist.

We ask that all clients review and respect our cancellation policy when scheduling with us. Your understanding and cooperation allow us to continue delivering the high standard of care our clients deserve.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand that unexpected circumstances arise, and we ask that you contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your appointment.

Clients who do not show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement to prepay for future appointments or may affect your ability to schedule with us in the future.

We value each client relationship and want to work with you. If you are running late, please call us so we can do our best to accommodate you.

We ask that all clients arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. Arriving significantly late may result in a shortened treatment time or the need to reschedule your appointment entirely to respect the time of clients scheduled after you.
